I had started my articleship from october 2012 and due to my personal problem i ceased in one year. Now i want to continue the articleship training.

Please provide the procedure for termination and re registration of articleship in other firm.

I would like to know about the legal procedures to set up renting boat house business at Srinagar.... like can anybody go and start or is there any restrictions regarding your origin... ? minimum capital required.... ? under which act it should be registered ? about taxation ? is there any site which gives such information? please any experts help me in this regard..... My education qualification is:
1. Finished 10th  std. at 2000.
2. Directly done B.Com (without doing 12th Std) and
finished at 2006.
3. Finished 12th  std. at 2014 through private.
4. DOB: 29/06/1982.
5. I have some experience of accounts & taxation by worked in An Audit firm for
some time.

Kindly advice me is this enough eligible to study and get the 'Tax Return Preparer'.
