Sir / Medam i have completed 1 year articleship on nov 28. One of PAID ASSISTANT of my office had been harasing me but i bared it but now i has increased little more. He use to talk as he wish and infront of others he will tell i will not allow you to learn. and i am not learning anything in this office. I am doing works like xerox, scan, file suppy, feexing invoice and bank statements, What can i do my principle also suppoter of paid assistant.

Sir/Madam,
two people have been working as employees and their profession tax has been deducted by the specific employer. Now, they have formed a new company, and hence they are the directors of the said company. Will they get the amount paid in ptrc as a deduction from the PTEC payable by them?

I want to generate Professional Tax Enrollment Certificate but I forgot my Login Password and I forgot which mobile no and e-mail ID I have given in the Portal. Please suggest how I can reset the password and Login in the portal so that I can generate the Certificate.


Please help me out from this matter.
