1) ANF-1 & ANF 2-A ( Full Set)
2) Bankers Certificate
3) Demand Draft in favor of JDGFT, Bangalore.
4) Self attested PAN Copy Front & Back
5) Self attested of VAT certificate/ Service tax Certificate/SSI
6) Envelope
7) MOA , AOA & Incorporation Certificate/Patnership Deed
8) Board Resolution
9) Details of Director/partner/proprietor
10) Authorization Letter
11) PAN & Identification Proof of Director/partner/Proprietor –Self Attested
12) NOC form Partners ( In case of Partnership)
13) Demand Draft Rs.250/-
14) 2 copies of Passport Photos
