18 December 2015 If i am not holding cop and working in ca firm as employee,whethere cpe hours applicable for ca in pracrise or job will apply to me?

18 December 2015 if you have taken membership no. you must have to comply with CPE hours criteria.

18 December 2015 i agrre sir.but cpe hours are diffrent for cop holder and non cop holder .since i work in ca firm and not holding cop.what limit should i comply.

18 December 2015 the limit for non-cop holder member is 45 hours in 3 years and atleast 10 hours in each year

18 December 2015 You have to comply the limits of NON-COP holder. Please note that "nature" of employment is not the measure but holding COP or not is the criterion for the cap.
