Sir / Medam i have completed 1 year articleship on nov 28. One of PAID ASSISTANT of my office had been harasing me but i bared it but now i has increased little more. He use to talk as he wish and infront of others he will tell i will not allow you to learn. and i am not learning anything in this office. I am doing works like xerox, scan, file suppy, feexing invoice and bank statements, What can i do my principle also suppoter of paid assistant.

what is your aim in life..... fight with co workers or get through CA exam as early as possible.
There are instances where you can look at the same situation from an altogether different perspective. To me...this paid assistant is your real friend. He is not giving you any brain oriented work. So for the whole of your office time your energy is conserved.
I know many of heavily worked articled, when coming home or pg just sleep. In your case you can go home or PG fresh and study more... I think you should take it as boon in disguise.
Dont take it as threat. It is opportunity for you
