We are 1 star exporter and we want to send our goods (5 units free samples) on fOC basis worth USD 7000 FOB value to our Dubai cluster distributor display purpose. These goods are to showcase in their office at Dubai for touch and feel experience to African clients visiting their office.

Can we send these on FOC under FREE SAMPLES after obtaining G R waiver from our AD. I hope in such cases where goods are being sent for display purpose, the destruction certificate is not mandatory. Please confirm.

We are a manufacturing company. we have received an order from xyz for the manufacture of a product. After we have completed the manufacturing against their order, they denied to purchase.

In this case, if we want to raise a debit note (we also purchase from them) for claiming the cost incurred for manufacturing, then whether we should also charge Excise & VAT.

My father expired 1.5 yrs ago.Myself along with my mother and brother had requested the Nagar Nigam of our town in U.P to register our house jointly in all of the surviving family members.
They asked for affidavits and then send a person from Nagar Nigam who put a Notice on our house that if nobody apart from us claimed the property in 30 days ,then it will be transferred in our name.After one month,the nagar nigam person came and told that now it has got transferred in our names jointly.When i am checking the house tax ,all of our name is coming in the bill.Nagar Nigam has also given us a KAR NIRDHARAN SOOCHI .
Now ,I have got following question:
If we have to sell our HOUSE,does this KAR NIRDHARAN SOOCHI alongwith my father's property paper sufficient since we are the only 3 who are left after his demise??
If not,then what other documents we require to collect and from where??
