APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR IN PLACE OF RESIGNATION BY PREVIOUS DIRECTOR . IN SUCH CASE DIR -12 FILLED TWO TIMES FIRST (APPOINTMENT)& SECOND (RESIGNOF OLD MEMBER).PLEASE SOLVE MY QUERIESAS SSON AS POSSIBLE

In the above case file DIR -2,8,11,12. DIR -12 filled once for 2 cases,i.e. resignation and appointment, but DIR -11 is to be filled in two by the directors.
