FOR AVAILING AND COMPLIANCE THE RBI EXPORTER MUST NEED FOR SUBMITTING THE e-BRC IN THE CUSTOM AS WELL AS DGFT AND EXCISE TOO AS SOON AS PAYMENT REMIT BY THE BUYER IN EXPORTER ACCOUNT.
NOW eBRC WILL BE GENERATED BY BANKER after submitting the Following Documents to banker:
1. EXCHANGE CONTROL COPY OF SHIPPING BILLS
2.FIRC
3.INVOICE , PACKING LIST, B/L & CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN.
THEN AFTER BANK CHECK THE DETAIL AND ISSUE THE e-BRC.
e-BRC REGARDING YOU CAN SEE THE DGFT Policy Circular No. 06(RE- 2012)/2009-14 , Dated:10.10.2012 .
REGARDS,
