I have completed my articleship on the... day of ...... 20i5. I was supposed to file form no 108 on the .. day of... 2015. But I did not file the form in time due to the mistaken understanding of the regulation. I am enclosing demand draft no...... dated..... for Rs..... towards the fee for delayed submission of the said form.
I, therefore, request that the delay may be condoned and completion may be recorded at the earliest.
