3) penalty was not crossing with TDS amount?

If Payment received from foreign party against export sale and the amount recived through NEFT in domestic currency then how to record sale as the rate is not mentioned and Export paper not send to bank as bank said it is already converted in domestic country and now what the preocedure to show export paper in EBRC detail
