we file tds retun of my client for f.y 2013-14 for Q3 (24Q)at the time of filling the return challan recorded under section 92b
but actual it is paid under section 94j. the 24q is already process now we can not delete challan pls any one have solution pls help us

While filing MGT-7 of a private limited company I'm facing the following problem:- As on 31/03/2015 there were two directors who resigned in April 2015 and two new directors appointed in place of those retiring. now while filing MGT-7 we are only required to fill information of directors as on 31.02.2015 i.e in my case i will fill information of old directors. now in case of small company only 1 director is mandatory to sign through DSC. in my case old directors cannot sign MGT-7 & MGT-7 is not allowing us to sign with new director's DSC. what should i do in this case?
