09 December 2015 what is rate of CST on Oil seeds if we purchase from andhra pradesh and sold it in Uttar pradesh?

can we use form c if we purchase from andhra paradesh for claiming tax exemption?

please provide a link to find out a cst rate on all goods.

Form C can very well be used for inter state purchases.

cst rate is same for whole of India.

The rate of CST on inter-State sale to registered dealers (against Form-C) shall stand reduced from 4% to 3% or the rate of VAT applicable in the State of the selling dealer, whichever is lower.(Present rate of CST Is 2 %)
