17 December 2015 can u tell me sir company can file adt -1after the incorporation but before the AGM. THE INCORPORATION DATE OF THE COMPANY IS 9-7-2015 & THERE IS NO ANY AGM HELD BY TH E COMPANY . WHAT ATTACHMENT WHICH COMPLY WITH ADT -1

17 December 2015 The First Auditor shall be appointed in the company by Board of Director under section 139(6) or 139(7) of the Companies Act, 2013( in Short, ‘CA,2013)1. Now Section 139(6) of CA, 2013 stated for appointment of first auditor of company other than Government Company and Section 139(7)of CA,2013 states for appointment of First auditor for Government company within 30 days from Incorporation of the company , Board Resolution , Intimation Letter to Auditor & Auditor consent Letter to be uploaded for ADT-1
