I have cleared my CA final exam in May 2015 i have seen an opportunity with NTPC as finance trainee , i wanted to know the growth opportunities in that organisation or i should look for somewhere else

I have an query regarding TDS Deduction on Salary, details for Individual as :

Basic Salary = 25000/- p.m.
Leave (5 days) = 4165/- i.e Rs. 833/- per day into 5days)
Net salary Payable for the month = Rs. 20835/-.

My query is TDS will be deducted on Rs. 25000/- or on Rs. 20835/- ?

Please help me out.

How to apply for PAN of a CA partnership firm.CA firm is already registered with ICAI.Is there any other requirement for deed registration or notarisation.

I am filling form 109 for getting terminated from my firm and form 104 for getting register in industrial trainning.My question is my previous CA is asking to show atleast 60days otherwise ICAI will ask for leaves details. I have actually taken 46 days of leaves. Is this neccessary to show min 60 days leave.

My principal not signing my Ca final Exam form. He is saying take termination from me only then I will sign Your exam form. But don't have any reasion for termination which is required by icai. what should I do now because I want to give my final exam this may attempt
