Know all by these presents that I xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, residing at xxxxxxxxxxxx, having PANxxxxxxxx, occupation xxxxxxxxxxxx do hereby voluntarily and out of natural love and affection transfer the shares more particularly described in the schedule A to xxxxxxxxx for her/his (as the case may be) permanent and perpetual use and benefits of the same.
