17 February 2016 Dear experts one of my clients wants export outside India then what is the procedure for export. where apply for IEC code give me full detail regarding export which is include payment and bank guarantee etc

You can apply online for IEC. Check the below link and the list of documents.

https://dgft.gov.in/exim/2000/iec_anf/ieconlnapplform.htm

Currently, you can apply for IEC on the basis of just two documents, i.e. PAN Card and address proof along with the digital photograph.
