Leaves calculation after termination of 2 years of articles

Dear Personnel,
I am filling form 109 for getting terminated from my firm and form 104 for getting register in industrial trainning.My question is my previous CA is asking to show atleast 60days otherwise ICAI will ask for leaves details. I have actually taken 46 days of leaves. Is this neccessary to show min 60 days leave.

There is no such rule to state minimum leave.
But no problem if you agree to your boss as you wont get any carried forward of leave not availed in your industrial training

is there no carried forward if avail less leave during my articleship and even i am joining 12 MONTHS industrial training.
