21 February 2016 I have cleared my CA final exam in May 2015 i have seen an opportunity with NTPC as finance trainee , i wanted to know the growth opportunities in that organisation or i should look for somewhere else

If you join NTPC as a trainee,
After completion of i year training you have to fill a 3 year service bond.

There are ample of growth opportunities in and outside the company.
Also the pay scale is good and will be enhanced with the 7th pay commission.
Hence go for it.
