Termination of articleship

My principal not signing my Ca final Exam form. He is saying take termination from me only then I will sign Your exam form.
But don't have any reasion for termination which is required by icai.
what should I do now
because I want to give my final exam this may attempt

1)Looks like you might have in dispute with your boss
2)Not possible to take transfer with out icai permission after one year of articleship except in case of disciplinary reasons
3)if your boss not interested to give leave for this attempt look for possible to give next attempt with out your boss pressure

Sir he is saying sign Form 109.
Should I sign the form 109 and get my examination form signed by him. So that I Make myself eligible for my May attempt.
If icai rejects the form 109 I will get it signed on 9 June 2016 on my article ship completion date.
is this case is possible?

1)you cannot send form 109 with out icai prior permission.If you send it will definetely rejected.
2)if it is your first attempt you should be in articleship service on 1st may 2016 or your articles must have completed.dont think you can do some magic and send form 109 to icai and go to exam this time and will see later,,he will show you stars once form 109 rejected, he will not sign on articleship completion form or may harrase you have excess leave
Settle issue peacefully i suggest
