I listened that there should be a difference of nine months between registration and attempt ?????????? in case of ca final. same case cpt and IPCC , I think so. BT I want to know about ca final ??

My question is can I deduct TDS when paying Courier Service bill , What is the threshold amount?
If it is 50000.00 then I have to deduct TDS from now on i.e. from Feb'16. But we paid the courier service since April'2015.But the threshold amount is now crossed the limit. So when i deduct TDS what will be the considerable amount . Is any penalty arise if we pay deduct TDS & return from now on although we have paid them from April'15.

How to verify ITR V?

I want to know about the rules of E.S.I Related issue :

for example : mein 1 private company mein work karta hu or dec 2015 mein meire salary increase hoti hai or salary meire 15000 above ho jati hai like 16000 rs ( gross salary).
but meire company walee aabhi bhi meira E.S.I ka contribution deduct kar rahe hai. mujhe jan 2016 ki salary with arear mili hai. jiss mein meire gross salary par E.S.I deduct hua hai. kya E.S.I Dedution sahi hai to kyu ?

I have got termination on 14th april 2015 and joined in new firm from 9th december 2015..

Hello folks I really love to read articles frm CCI and its really useful but can anyone tell me how to save the article from CCI for later reference or reading. cant save it In pocket...it gives query of invalid web address. Earlier it used to get saved in pocket but now a days I cant save it. can anyone suggest the way of saving the article other than copy paste. plz help.

ROC Annual Returns forms has been updated on option of pay later. We we have not paid the tax in due date . it gets lapse for more than 2 Months .What should be done now, whether we have to upload the forms again or any other proceedure please help
