13 February 2016 Yes, you can take transfer by sending form 109,...You should send form 109 to icai so as to reach them in 30 days from date of transfer

13 February 2016 1. 11th month seems risky, because prior permission required before execution of form 109.
2. No time limit for form 109 as in other forms, means to be submitted to ICAI immediately upon execution.
