Hi, I had send my articleship completion form i.e. 108 but they are asking for leave confirmation letter . So what is leave confirmation letter nd why it is required. Or is there any prescribed format for this letter. Pls reply Thanks

Dear Sir / Madam,

Kindly note that We have re-submitted an INC-1 form on 28.04.2016 vide SRN-G01158575, but till date the status of the said SRN is showing as " pending for approval ". More so, we are not able to contact the CRC ( Central Registration Center ) over phone / email due to unavailability of any contact details such as phone nos or mail id. We have called up to the phone of no--0124-2640000 as available on the website of "Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs" wherein the CRC is located. But the person who has picked up our call told us that CRC is located in the 5th floor & not in the floor in which she is presently sitting. Also, currently no contact details are being provided from the CRC for the convenience of the Stakeholders. We have even called up to Delhi-ROC (who is currently administering the CRC) but they also did not provide us us the said contact details of CRC.

Therefore I am kindly requesting you all to provide me with the phone nos and mail id of CRC so that we can follow up the status of status of resubmitted INC-1 form filed by us on 28.04.2016 .

sir, I have a doubt pls clarify wrt late filing of form 108 a.condonation letter should be written by articlee on ca letter head signed by ca or b.written by ca himself on ca letter head which one is correct or more appropriate pls respond

I Have uploaded INC Form 7,12&22& was resubmitted twice.the status is showing as"Invalid & not been taken for record" .my proposed name will be available till the date 18/05/2016 ,i have few queries.
1.am not able to upload new eform
2.if you want to upload fresh eforms,which forms are uploaded the complete the incorporation
