sir,
I have a doubt pls clarify wrt late filing of form 108
a.condonation letter should be written by articlee on ca letter head signed by ca
or
b.written by ca himself on ca letter head
which one is correct or more appropriate
pls respond

option two is preferable though there is no bar on pursuing option one as well.

It depends
1. if date of signing the form by CA is belated, CA in his letterhead has to seek condonation.
2. otherwise,student has to prepare letter in PLAIN PAPER and seek condonation.
