last auditor resign and what is the process of new auditor appointment. which form will be filled with MCA and about attachments

1. Form ADT-3 has to be filed by the resigned auditor with in 30 days of resignation.
2. Then comply the following procedure:-
* Get resignation letter along with Form ADT-3 from the resigning Auditor.
* Call a Board Meeting for acceptance of the resignation.
* Call a Board Meeting for filing the Casual Vacancy and approve the notice for EGM.
* Convene EGM and approve the Auditor’s Appointment.
* e- file Form MGT-14 for the filing of the resolution passed at EGM
* e- file ADT-1 for new Auditor’s appointment.
2. Then comply the following procedure:-

* Call a Board Meeting for filing the Casual Vacancy and approve the notice for EGM.
