I am a Chartered Accountant based in Coimbatore, currently serving as Chairman of the Coimbatore Branch of SIRC of ICAI for 2026–27, after serving earlier as Vice Chairman of the branch.

My core areas of specialisation are Auditing Standards, Corporate Law matters, and Income Tax Litigation. I work closely with companies on statutory audits, the practical application of Standards on Auditing (SAs), audit documentation and reporting, and compliance under the Companies Act, 2013. I advise clients on corporate governance, board and shareholder processes, ROC compliances, and regulatory matters. On the tax side, I handle income tax assessments, scrutiny and reassessment proceedings, and represent clients before the Assessing Officers, the Commissioner (Appeals), and the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), helping businesses and individuals resolve disputes effectively.

In practice, I am a Partner at N.C Rajan & Co., Chartered Accountants, and also work as a Consultant with Gojith Management Consultants. I co-founded Daas Pro Technologies, reflecting my belief that technology and accounting belong together.

My work with the profession began early. As Chairman of the Coimbatore Branch of SICASA, I was part of the team that won the All India Best Branch Award. Before that, I spent years teaching commerce students, and I still count them among my proudest achievements.

These days I also spend much of my time on how artificial intelligence and digital tools are changing audit and assurance. I speak often at ICAI branches, colleges, and professional forums on audit quality, corporate law updates, and why Chartered Accountants must stay ahead of change.
