How to file rti without personal detail enclosed

12 May 2016 I am last semester mtech student of punjab technical university authorised central government insitute, our college is taking additional charges from students without giving any slip of that money, i want to file rti but dont want to revel my detail not even my name. How to do that plz tell me

13 May 2016 No, that is out of question. If you really have the guts, do it in your name, dont bother about the rest of the world.
(The other idea could be catch hold of some neutral person, say your father's friend etc and make the RTI application)
