i am ca final student. i wrote the exams in may

i am going to start consultancy service which consist of tds, vat, service tax etc includin loan processing.

however i don't know process of loan and it's projections and all it's related process.

please any one provide all the procedure which should be followed and all the documents which should be required to be prepared.

When we go for online registration of seminar. what happened if we registered and make payment online but don't attend seminar. Is CPE Hours credit Available if we unable to attend seminar after registering and making payment online.

Please help on following queries..
Situation: My Uncle is planning to buy a property at Nagpur. I am planning to support him financially by extending a bank Home loan on the same. In relation to this proposal, my queries are:
1. Whether it is possible to apply for home loan for a property which will not be in my Name?
2. We don't want to get the Sale deed registered as it will save our Rs. 2 Lakhs. Property is legal and Society share transfer would be done with proper documents. Whether this would be a hindrance for applying home loan?

What is the logic behind TCS system in which a person who selling the goods collect the tax? why it is not like TDS system in which a person receive service is deducting tax ? please explain logic or provide any file if available.

I had submitted my 26QB Correction documents with Lucknow's Assesing Officer. He has verified the documents but he is unable to approve it because he is unaware of the new technology and the mechanism to approve it online. Kindly help as in what should I do now.
