23 May 2016 sir my client are two brothers one among them have sold the ancestral property by making forged sign but no questions raised by my client, my client is residing in a house which is also ancestrol and now his brother is claiming division by frightening my client that he will be going court for making partion. can pz any1 suggest me what consultancy should be given by me to my client??? thanks in advance
