Hi,
I am about to go for stampduty n registration for purchasing a flat in Mumbai.
However, original pan card has been misplaced for one of the co- owners.
Can any one please provide info about, will it be fine if one of the co- owner doesn't have original pan at the time of registration.

If you specify PAN number is more than sufficient, if they insist for identity proof you can give photo identity documents such as DL, Adhar card etc.
If PAN Card is not available apply for duplicate PAN Card
If PAN Card is not available apply for duplicate PAN Card
