Can a bank give private equity to a zero turnover company? Eg. X company is holding company of Y Co. and Z Co. Turnover of X Co. is nil. It is floated only to hold 100 % shares of Y and Z co. their are two bills of 40000/ & 2000 .u/s 194c should tds deducted on both amount or only on 40000 as there is no other transaction .so limit of 75000 does not cross
