25 May 2016 Yes gratuity will be part of CTC. In case of gratuity is funded, yearly contribution based on actuarial valuation is done.

25 May 2016 For non funding also cost is charged yearly to P & L by way of provision based on actuarial valuation As it is costing in both the ways it is part of CTC.
