abc co in Delhi received order from the Tamil Nadu state govt. It consigned goods to xyz ltd on consignment sale and xyz ltd. thereon delivers the goods to govt. is this transaction correct? what are the procedure, precaution and legal requirements for this transaction?

WHILE THIS PURCHASE WAS NOT CAPTURED IN DVAT 30 THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF PURCHASES WERE ALSO SHOWN DOUBLE THE AMOUNT OF PURCHASES THAT WERE ACTUALLY ENTERED DURING THE MONTH. AFTER CORRECTING THIS ENTRY , CORRECT FIGURES ARE SHOWN IN DVAT 30. I AM AT A LOSS TO UNDERSTAND HOW ONE WRONG ENTRY COULD RESULT IN SUCH A BIG DIFFERENCE?

i have a registered partnership firm but i not compiled any document formalties with reg. of firm for partnership disolvulation.
