11 December 2009 Dear Sir,

abc co in Delhi received order from the Tamil Nadu state govt. It consigned goods to xyz ltd on consignment sale and xyz ltd. thereon delivers the goods to govt. is this transaction correct? what are the procedure, precaution and legal requirements for this transaction?

11 December 2009 abc issue invoice to xyz against form f

XYZ will issued invoice to govt. on same rate.and get commssion from abc.

11 December 2009 What are the legal provisions, procedure, legal requirements for this transaction?

Is it ok because Central Sales Tax will be waived against Form F for the determined sale. and Govt. Exempt the Vat on sale therefore no tax exists.

11 December 2009 Only consignee agreement required. it should be intemate do vat department and a photocopy of agreement and consignee Vat registration certificate copy to be attached.
