11 December 2009 We are a manufacturing unit and we are using Consignment Sale pattern (Stock Transfer Against Form "F"). We are in conffustion about the future of Consignment Sale in GST. Plaease Suggest us in detaials.
We further want to know does the rate of GST will vary State to State & Central.

You are also requested to suggest us the best pattern of sale for us in GST.

12 December 2009 In GST regime, there will be no difference. Any pattern i.e. direct sale from HO or stock transfer to depot and then sales will yield the same result.
