09 December 2009 i have a registered partnership firm but i not compiled any document formalties with reg. of firm for partnership disolvulation.

09 December 2009 The question is not clear. How you are filing your return of income and how you are operating the bank account?

From the facts given above; it means Income-tax returns are not being filed.

Better if you enter into a fresh partnership deed.

Because whenever any partner dies; the partnership dissolves. So whatever you are carrying is illegal.

You should contact an expert of your area.

If your firm is not registered; your firm will not be in a position to lodge a claim against a person if needed.

Peanlties in different states are different in case of Registrar of Firms.
