Dear Sir,
Tax Audit Report with ITR-6 both were uploaded together on 30th Sept but the very next day the CA was expired unfortunately but the UDIN is yet to be uploaded with the DSC of the deceased CA. Please guide me what to do in such a case.

In the event of an auditor's demise before UDIN generation, the uploaded audit report cannot be validated with the deceased CA's DSC. The entity must formally fill the casual vacancy, appoint a new Chartered Accountant to issue and upload a fresh Tax Audit Report with a new UDIN, and submit a condonation petition along with the death certificate to the Jurisdictional Assessing Officer to protect against non-filing penalties.
