Can we form more than one partnership firm with same partners.

Yes.
Since the business activities are different, for every different activity, you can have a seperate partnership firm.

In income tax act, partnership firms are separate entity for taxation purpose.
An individual can also open more proprietory concern; but at the time of filing of Return; all the rsults will be merged.
