Hi,
How much time a partnership firm registration at the registrar of firms take in Mumbai ?

My query is very specifically that in case where there is a transfer of shares of an Indian company from one non-resident to another non-resident, whether the indian company whose shares ars being transferred is supposed to follow any procedure / fill any form before allowing the transfer?

A co. wants to take loan for industrial purposes.Suppose the rate of interest is 11% p.a available in Indian Market and finance from outside India is libor+2(p.a). Which financing option will be better and why. Plz answer with examples.

i have completed 4 months of articleship & want 2 get transfer. i hev not received reg. letter. it is rule that i can get transfer only after getting reg.if no than plz tell me procedure. i want 2 get transfer as fact as poossible

Remedy for under capitalization is to reduce the face value of the shares. This will ' Reduce dividend per share though EPS shall remain unchanged". How is this possible?

We have purchased Crates/Bins from our Delhi supplier. but in those 500 crate we have received 22 nos. rejected (Crack).

Supplier has agreed for collection those bins on not returnable basis.

I want to resend those bins to supplier....but i have confused. Can i raised Dr. Note OR Sales Invoice ?

Please suggest me.....
