Job Description

Audit and Assurance:
• Finalisation of TB and balance sheet
• Audit of Listed & Unlisted Companies
• Good working knowledge of IndAS and Local GAAPs
• Must have good exposure in accounts writing on Tally or SAP or any other ERP
• Assisting in auditing, preparation of annual schedules and attending the queries of the auditors
• Monthly MIS and proficiency in Excel
• Filing / Calculations of Income tax returns, TDS returns and GST returns
• Income Tax Assessment and Appeals / GST Litigations
• Exposure on Tax softwares like Winman or any other
• Familiarity with FDI/FEMA compliance, ROC Compliance
• Overall compliance for companies
