One of our assessee wants to give his son, who is in singapore and wants to start a business there, some amount as gift or as loan. What is the maximum limit he can give as gift or as loan to his son without restriction and also with restrictions. Please help me in this regard

i had entered into an agreement to sell my plot of land to be executed within 1 year.. the purchaser had paid me an earnest amount at the time of signing the deal.. its been two years now and nothing further has been done.. do i have the right to forfeit the amount paid and sell my land to someone else..

recently i hv registered for articleship with proprietor firm and stipend is fixed by principal is Rs.5000.my question is ki after my joining if he say ki stipend is agreed between was less than 5000 ( say 3500 etc.) thn in this case what r the remedy i hav?

In standard costing,when normal loss is calculated as a percentage of output. what will be the calculation procedure? example- actual output is 90 kg. and standard normal loss is 10% of total output.what will be the actual input and who it can be calculated?

After getting E1 from Supplier Where have to submit.

Our agm was on 30/9/2009 and we have not filled roc form for 2008-2009.
For the next year, Our agm was on 30/9/2010 and we have not filled roc form for 2009-2010.
Then what must be the late filling fees as we are filling forms in October 2011 as the clss scheme 2011 is not applicable.
Acc. to roc table of late filling fees it is 6 times and 8 times of normal filling fees but while uploading a form of both the year it shows directly 5000 (4500 as an additional penalty & 500 as a normal fees).
so how 5000 is possible. can any one please tell me about this its urgent.
