19 October 2011 We want to place an AD with a magazine in UK.

Will it attract any provisions of FEMA?
will we have to get approval of RBI?

pls advice...

19 October 2011 If the payment is for magazine outside India & it would be sold outside India, then i doubt that there would be any tax liability on it.
No approval is required from RBI, this being current account transaction as provided in FEMA.
