We want to place an AD with a magazine in UK.
Will it attract any provisions of FEMA?
will we have to get approval of RBI?
pls advice...

If the payment is for magazine outside India & it would be sold outside India, then i doubt that there would be any tax liability on it.
No approval is required from RBI, this being current account transaction as provided in FEMA.
