An NGO, who receives foreign contribution need to intimate to MHA while opening an another bank account. If yes, then in which form & what is the procedure.

NGO is not permitted to receive foreign contribution unless :-
1. NGO has got a Permamnent registration under FCRA .
2. If point 1 is N.A. then Got prior permission under FCRA.
