Please Provide the format for Share valuation certificate which has to be given by a Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Accountant for purpose of Overseas Direct Investment (Certificate for foreign Company)

Can anyone please let me know the procedure for obtaining loan from NRIs in dollars by a private Ltd. company in India? whether prior permission is required from RBI, for obtaining loans from NRIs? How monthly interest can be paid? whether repayment of principal amount of loan to be made by dollar? please clarify.

i am ipcc direct entry stud.i have 2 nd yr articleship in pune,my 1st time exam nov 14 but my study not complet or not understand now i want leave ca course bcause totaly 2yr articleship remain i have in pune ca firm i get only rs 1500 stipend wht do me?
