29 October 2014 Dear Experts...
I have a query kindly help..I'm a qualified Company Secretary currently working in a listed Company as a Whole Time Company Secretary.....Suppose if I appear for CA IPCC and after clearing IPCC, how can I give CA Final Exam? Problem is that how can I complete my CA Articleship or register for Dummy Articleship for prescribed period bcoz as I'm already working in a Company as a WT CS....how can I do both the things at the same time?

30 October 2014 you are not allowed to work anywhere during articleship period. whether you serve articleship honestly or decide to cheat by using a dummy...
