NO NEED FOR SIGNATURE OR PRESENCE. WHAT IS LEGALITY IN PRESENT SITUATION. IF THIS IS DONE WHAT WILL BE LEGAL POSITION AFTER FILING RETURN YOUR EXPERT OPINIONS AWAITING.

Proper Action: Register as a Legal Representative on the portal first, then file and verify the return using your own digital signature or EVC.

Liability: As a legal representative, your liability is limited to the value of the assets inherited from the deceased.
