30 October 2014 Dear Sir,
1. Can a CA Firm in India have a social media account for his firm, Like facebook, linkedin, twitter. Does having a social accounts violates guidelines for advertisement issued by ICAI.

2. Can CA firms send Email and SMS to its current clients for due dates reminders, etc.
