What are the procedures to be followed for getting a property registered in buyer's name ?

Stamp duty is calculated on circle rate minimum value. How does this circle rate value can be found from authorities?

Hi Expert

I just want to know that can we create a salary structure which directly allows employees not to be covered under PF slab. I want to know if the salary of an employee is 6600, then can we make 6500 as basic and 100 as other allowance. I know this directly saves employee from not to be covered under PF as if any employee earns basic above 6500 then there is no compulsion to join PF scheme.

Hi

I don't have idea that where Schdule VI to companies act 1956 will be available to know about the format profit and loss account and balance sheet. So, can you help in this regard i.e can you give any reference such as website link etc.. to search the same or can you send some sample format for profit and loss account and balance sheet.
