08 October 2008 Sir,

I have to file form 20B, 23AC and 23ACA with ROC. I have a PDF convertor and converted audit report as well as balance sheet and profit and loss account into PDF format for form 23A and 23ACA.
Further, I have a fromat of annual return in MS-Excel.
I want to know whether I can Convert the same in PDF format and file with ROC.
As there will be no signatures of any director or CA, whether it will be accepted or should I make the PDF file of the signed Annual Return.
