Annual subscription paid for AI to foreign customer in INR.

AI subscription purchased from a foreign supplier usually attracts GST under RCM. TDS under Section 195 is not automatic and depends on the taxability of the payment in India after examining the nature of the subscription and the relevant DTAA.
