Hello,

I would like to know what is the legal validity of the bond on professional working in MNCs'.
For example, Mr. A is working in a MNCs' and has singed a bond not to leave the organization for one year from the date of joining ( and he is IT professional), can MNC file a suit on Mr. A if he leaves his job before completing that period. Again if some amount is mentioned in bond and Mr. A didn't pay that amount while breaching bond, can MNC force him to pay that amount. Please advice.

We are "ABC Ltd" an indian co. formed under companies act 1956. We have formed a wholly owned subsidiary "ABC FZE" in Free Zone Entity Dubai.

"ABC FZE" purchase the 49 % shares of "XYZ LLC" a dubai based co & another 51 % shared is held by others.

"ABC Ltd." holding co. of "ABC FZE" sell the goods to "XYZ LLC".

Whether it will be related party transaction for ABC Ltd or not.

Professional Tax officer ( Karnataka ) wants to show the books of records for the year 2007-08 - (Asessment).we are software -small MNc - and not maintained any salary bonus registers. Is that mandatory to produce the salary Register and Bonus registers or salary statement and documents are enough. Is there any penalty / Proceedings for non availability of books of records. We have detailed monthly salary statements and Bank transfer letter copies. If there is any penalty, what is the maximum amount it will be?.

Hi, We are paying near about $200000 per annuam and also getting around the same in a year.
Can you please suggest me that how can I prevent my self from Exchange Loss.

While reading newspapers many a time I noticed a word " Rupee Guideance " especially in case of IT Cos. In todays paper also it is mentioned that "IT Cos should do well because of rupee depreciation but te important thing to watch out for is the guidance given by them."

Dear sir

I was a student with extremely good academic track record right from my school days to the time when i joined CA course. But unfortunately , i could not give CA course the due importance due to bad health owing to couple of back to back accidents. Now its 7 years down the line. Slowly i have recovered my health and writing speed as i had injury to right arm.

I always wanted to have a professional life but that seems not to be. What other course can i do to get some better status in my life. Equally important is the cost factor since i have spent big amount on medical and can not do bigger expenditure now.

PLEASE GUIDE ME.
